Established in 1997 to evaluate mineral licenses acquired in the Republic of Congo, MagIndustries currently has four divisions to manage its unique asset portfolio.
The company called on GIOTAN when it was planning a move into a new space. At the time, their offices were small, cramped and lacked the proper infrastructure for optimal operations.
GIOTAN worked with MagIndustries to ensure that space in their new offices was sufficient for meeting rooms and a boardroom. We also centralized commonly used spaces, such as the copier room and lunchroom, so that they would be easier for staff members to access.
As well, office sizes were standardized in order to accommodate flexible growth plans. We also made extensive use of glass in order to bring as much natural light into the space as possible.
The result is an airy, contemporary environment that better supports the day-to-day functioning of employees.
