Located in the heart of Toronto's financial district, the St. Andrew's Club and Conference Centre is a multi-floor facility intended for meetings, seminars and private functions.

St. Andrew's is also a long-time GIOTAN client, and called on us when they wanted to create a multi-functional conference room. They felt that their office tower's exterior glazing reminded them of a plant conservatory and wanted a design that incorporated this theme.
We created a space plan that maximized the usage of the space without compromising the structure's abundance of exterior glass and natural lighting, a key selling point for all of St. Andrew's conference spaces.
At the same time, despite several technical challenges, we were able to raise the ceiling in the main room. We also specified a wall covering and carpet that each had very subtle green patterns, and researched and incorporated acrylic panels with real blades of grass embedded in them to extend the "conservatory" motif.
